Covid-19 Precautions

With the ongoing global pandemic Tofo Scuba is keeping up to date with the relevant health and safety advise. We strive to make diving as safe as possible for you and our staff. There will be changes around the dive center and on our boats with hopefully minimal affect to you. Please bare with us as we learn to adjust to these changes.

Our staff have been trained in PADI - Risk reduction and DAN - Awareness training.

Along with the PADI guidelines and the global advise we will also be following the regulations set out by the Mozambican Government.

Upon entering the shop we will be taking temperatures and we will collect your details for contact tracing.

​

There will be sanitizing stations at the points of entry into the shop and "high touch surfaces" will be cleaned regularly.

​

If you require rental equipment, you will be assigned a set of equipment, which will be e stored together for the duration of your stay. All dip tanks are filled with disinfectant for sanitizing equipment after each dive. 

​

We advise you to bring your own hand sanitizer and mask / buff. Masks are to be worn on the boats and around the shop. We also advise you to bring your own reusable water bottle.
